I have been saying this for years…” I wanna make Pasta From Scratch” . Today I finally worked up the courage and achieved this goal. Why would you wanna do that, right? After visiting Italy this past April, it kinda stuck with me. I’m no Italian or anything, but my love for home cooked meals is like no other.

So proud I was able to feed my family and put a smile on their faces. I love photography and I love cooking. they both put smiles on the people I do it for. And that’s the ultimate satisfaction.
